We do not offer refunds or rainchecks.

Unscheduled or extended stays may require a site move and are subject to availability.

Guests with reservations will have priority on that site & will not be moved for your extended stay.

Apple Beach RV Park does not accept responsibility for personal injury or loss of personal property.

All facilities are used at your own risk.

A credit card number must be provided in order to secure a site at Apple Beach RV Park.

Your registration acknowledges your receipt and agreement to all our rules and regulations.

Respecting these guidelines will make it comfortable for everyone.

Each RV site includes 30 Amp- Power, Water, Sewer & Basic Wi-Fi.

Pets are not allowed on the grassy beach area. There is a dog friendly beach located just next door at the end of Bulrush Road/Mallard place to let them enjoy the water. 

Owners of aggressive dogs, no matter the breed, will be asked to leave the park without refund.

All pets must always be on a leash and cleaned up after.

Excessive barking will not be tolerated.

Please respect all campers and keep your pets off the other sites and grass areas.

Imagine unwinding at Apple Beach, nestled under the big willow tree, on the serene shores of Tucelnuit Lake.

Our expansive beach area invites you to soak up the sun and engage in lawn games. Take a leisurely stroll on our dock, connect with nature by visiting the resident turtles, or try your hand at fishing- a perfect haven for relaxation and rejuvenation, where kayaks and paddle boards are always welcome.

Garbage/Recycling bins are located at the front entrance of the park for you to dispose of your waste.

Beverage bins are available outside the office for bottles and cans.

It is your responsibility to clean up garbage and cigarette butts from your site. A cleanup fee may be charged if your site is left untidy.

A community fire pit can be found on the beach. Firewood can be purchased at the office. 

Wood burning fires are not allowed in any of the sites, however, you are welcome to bring and use your own propane fire pit at your site.

RV or vehicle washing by hose or bucket is strictly prohibited anywhere in the park.

Visitors must check-in at the office to receive a parking pass before entering the park.

All visitors must leave the park by 9:00 PM PST.

Quiet time is from 10:30 PM PST to 8:00 AM PST.

Fireworks, and loud music or crude language will not be tolerated. Please respect the other guests. 

To provide all guests with a fair opportunity to book extended summer vacations, the following reservation policy applies to stays between June 15th and September 15th

• Reservations made for Peak season stays (June 15th - Sept 15th) between February 15th and June 1st require a minimum stay of 7 nights.

• Beginning June 1, the 7-night minimum is removed, and reservations may be booked for any available length of stay, subject to site availability. Site numbers will not be guaranteed, Apple Beach RV Park reserves the right to change your site prior to your arrival, in order to fit in various size RV's and longer stays.

• Stays outside of peak season have no minimum night requirement.

We understand that plans can change. To ensure all our guests have the opportunity to enjoy the park, we adhere to the following cancellation and refund schedule.

• 45+ Days Notice 75% Refund (25% cancellation fee applies)

• 14 – 44 Days Notice 50% Refund (50% cancellation fee applies)

• Less than 14 Days Notice No Refund

Shoulder Season Policy

• 7+ Days Notice: Full Refund.

• Less than 7 Days Notice: A cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night’s stay will be charged; the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.

Important Terms & Conditions

• No-Shows & Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or for guests who choose to shorten their stay after checking in.

• Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for any eligible refunds to be processed back to the original form of payment.

• Guests must arrive with the exact type of camping unit specified on their reservation. Any guest arriving with a different unit than the one booked will be denied check-in. It is the guests responsibility to ensure their reservation is accurate before arrival

• Please note: If you are booking in our summer months, wildfires and poor air quality can be a possibility.  In the circumstance that Apple Beach RV Park is under evacuation alert or order, the cancellation policy will be waived.  In all other circumstances, our normal cancellation policy will apply.

The first month is due upon reserving. this amount is refundable if cancelled up to 45 days prior to your arrival date. If cancelled within 45 days of your arrival this amount is non-refundable.

Winter reservations cannot be booked online. You must call the office to book a winter stay.
